Terms of Service

Plain-English terms for a small, paid mobile app. Please read these terms carefully - by downloading or using Find Your AI you agree to be bound by them.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Find Your AI mobile application ("the app") provided by Hello Cornwall Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 12587777, registered office St Denys House, East Hill, St Austell, England, PL25 4TR. By downloading, installing, or using the app you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of service

Find Your AI is an iOS and Android application that provides a curated directory of third-party AI tools. The app helps you browse, filter, and discover AI tools through a guided "AI Finder Quiz" and a categorised library. Find Your AI does not itself provide AI services - it is a directory and recommendation tool.

3. Purchase, pricing, and refunds

The app is free to download. Access to the full directory and prompt library starts with a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins at £29.99 per year in the United Kingdom (or local-currency equivalent) and renews automatically each year unless cancelled. The price is set by Apple and Google in your local currency and may vary by region. Your subscription gives you access to all 100+ tools, 1,000+ prompts and 15 Workflows, plus any future additions, for as long as it remains active. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; cancelling before day 7 will not result in a charge. Cancelling an active subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.

Refunds are processed entirely by Apple or Google under their own standard refund policies. We do not collect payment ourselves and cannot directly issue refunds - please use:

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected (see Section 8).

4. License grant

Subject to your acceptance of these Terms and any applicable App Store or Play terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, royalty-free licence to install and use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except to the extent permitted by law.
Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercialise the app or your unlock.
Share your unlock with non-family-sharing accounts (Apple Family Sharing and Google Play Family Library are permitted as designed).
Use the app in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of any third party.
Attempt to circumvent any technical limitation, paywall, or rate limit in the app.

6. Third-party tools

The app lists third-party AI tools and services. We do not operate, control, or endorse these third parties. When you click through to sign up for a third-party tool you transact directly with that tool's provider under their own terms, pricing, and privacy policies. We are not party to those agreements and accept no liability for them.

We may earn a referral commission when you sign up to certain tools through our links - at no additional cost to you. Where this applies we make reasonable efforts to disclose it. Commission has no bearing on which tools we choose to include or how we describe them.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (without limitation) any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that listed third-party tools will be accurate, available, current, or fit for your needs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the app, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is limited to the amount you actually paid for the in-app unlock.

We do not exclude or limit liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hello Cornwall Ltd, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the app or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time, with or without notice, including (without limitation) for security, legal, technical, or commercial reasons. You may stop using the app and delete it from your device at any time.

If we permanently discontinue the app, we will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via the App Store and Google Play listings.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the app or these Terms.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated within the app where reasonably practicable.
